These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fursa, a web application operated by Dinovix Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using Fursa, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to use Fursa. If you use Fursa on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

Fursa is an information and eligibility-assessment tool. It gathers publicly available immigration and visa route information from official sources, presents it in a structured form, and produces an indicative eligibility score and cost estimate based on the details you provide.

Fursa is NOT any of the following:

• a law firm, an immigration adviser or a provider of legal advice;
• a travel agency or a booking service;
• an agent of, or affiliated with, any government, embassy, consulate or visa-issuing authority;
• a guarantor of any visa, permit, admission or other immigration outcome.

Some features require an account. You may register with an email address and password or through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. The quality of any assessment depends directly on the accuracy of what you enter.

Your use of Fursa must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In short, you may not misuse the service, scrape or resell our content, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Certain features are offered under paid subscription plans. Prices are shown in your local currency (XAF or GBP) before you commit. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Korapay; we do not store your full card or mobile-money details.

Billing, trials, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Immigration rules change frequently and are applied at the discretion of the relevant authorities. Nothing on Fursa is a substitute for advice from a qualified immigration professional or the official guidance of the authority handling your case. We do not guarantee that any information is current, complete or applicable to your circumstances, and we do not guarantee any particular result.

Fursa references official government and institutional sources and may link to external websites. We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. Where a figure is shown as verified against a source, that reflects our process at the time of checking, not a warranty of the underlying source.

The Fursa name, interface, original text, structure and software are owned by Dinovix Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Underlying facts sourced from official publications remain in the public domain.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may update these Terms. Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by a notice in the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect is your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dinovix Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — Fursa. This includes any decision you make, or fee you pay, in reliance on information shown in the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dinovix Ltd harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using Fursa and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where necessary to protect the service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Cameroon will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
