Acceptable Use Policy

How Fursa may and may not be used. Breaching this policy can lead to suspension.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not allowed when using Fursa. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Permitted use
You may use Fursa for your own lawful, personal purpose of researching immigration routes and assessing your own eligibility.
3. Prohibited activities
You must not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically copy content from the service, or resell or redistribute it;
- provide false information in order to defraud, or to facilitate an unlawful immigration application;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or body;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data, or bypass any security or access control;
- upload malware, or interfere with, overload or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
- use the service to break any applicable law, or to infringe the rights of others;
- use automated means to create accounts or generate requests at scale without our written permission.
4. Consequences
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
